✅ Exchange Policy
Timeframe: Items must be exchanged within 3 (three) days from the original purchase date.
Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all exchanges.
Availability: Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the same product or size is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal or higher value by paying the price difference.
❌ Items Not Eligible for Exchange
Sale or discounted items (marked as “Final Sale”) cannot be exchanged.
Accessories such as jewelry, undergarments, scarves, or innerwear.
Used, damaged, or altered items will not be accepted unless they were defective upon delivery.
💳 Refund Policy
At this time, Precious Fashion does not offer cash refunds for returned products.
If eligible for return, we provide store credit or allow product exchanges.
Store credit must be used within 30 days from the date of issue and is non-transferable.
🚚 Online Orders & Delivery Returns
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures and your order ID.
Once verified, we will arrange a pickup and replacement or allow you to exchange the product in-store.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the error was on our part.
