How does the delivery process work?

1. Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
2. After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
3. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

DELIVERY COVERAGE

Currently we are delivering all over Bangladesh only. In future we might expand our operation to other countries.

HOW ARE ITEMS PACKAGED?

We package our products in our personal package with your invoice wrapped with along with it. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap. What are the delivery charges?

Inside Dhaka: 80 BDT

Outside Dhaka: 150 BDT

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Inside Dhaka: 2-3 days.
Outside Dhaka: 3-5 days.
However, the delivery might be delayed based on the political, environmental, transportation or any other unavoidable issues which will be notified by our customer relationship team. Note: For `Pre Order Products` delivery might take 20-40 days depending on the products availability, custom situation and flight schedule.
